3 Press Fixes
Justin Lascek of 70sBig discusses the press. I’m posting this for a number of reasons:
- Loads of you people could benefit from watching this entire video
- I mean, goal body, amirite?
- And at the end, where he presses, you see the form with which I strive to press. Minimal movement in the torso and hips, tight set-up, straight overhead, no lean. I have the video jumping to that point now, but if you want to watch the whole video, you should please do so. EDIT: Of course, there is body movement when you push your head through to be under the bar, and bring it back in order to bring the bar down
one of mah faves
This got me up 30 lbs in a week. It never fails to amaze me how much proper form helps.
